My friends make fun of me for being a romantic... what should I do?

I am a very dramatic person. I have been in many school plays and musicals, I write love stories, I dream about the perfect guy, I watch sappy movies and cry every time no matter how many times I've seen it. My friends make fun of me for being such a romantic. I can't help it though, I love to think that I could find a man one day like in the movies, do you think I'm just going to be dissapointed in the end? Are my friends right? Am I too much of a romantic?

No! Never give up on that! I'm the same way! But you know what... At least you know that you'll have a better chance of being truly happy than your friends because you look at love that way! Love can happen anywhere and that's how it happens... It's just different for each person! Concentrate on the ones you feel something for!

OMGSH you just described my life! lol, no you are not too much of a romantic, and if you want a guy like that, you can get one if you stick to your plan and dont let anyone sway you.  My friends make fun of me for that too, but just reacently it started to get way outof control and i basically told them to shut up about it.  Why say were romantics when there is probibly something they like just as bad as you like romance.  Keep dreaming, but also dont push aside a totally great guy just bc he doesn't have exactly perfect what your looking for.  take what god gives you, he probibly will end up being exactly what you want anyway.  message me sometime and we can talk about cute, romatic stuff!!

no i think its awsome that you are like that cuz i am the exact same way when your friends say something about it just laugh and joke about it dont listen to them. its just they way you are and you never know theres probably guy like that out there some where
