My friends pool is yellow

i don't know if its the floor or if its the hole pool they all ready replace thew water twice what should they do what kind of chemicals

To keep the pool clean you need to have the right levels of chlorine in it, and for outdoor pools you also need algicide to kill plant growth. Go to the local pool store which will be able to advise you.

there is a product called YELLOW OUT.first brush the walls and bottom you may have to backwash filter next. then just sprinkle yellow out all over pool leave pool running  for 24 hours check chemicals you may have to add more clorine to pool if you use granulated clorine get a bucket of water  pour shock into water NEVER WATER INTO SHOCK as this may cause a fire always shock into water.if you use liquid clorine pour in directly over jet. if you have any more questions e mail me at [e-mail] pool company owner eleven years experince
