My friends say don't buy nascar 09 cause you get black flagged alot if you bump the drivers also only race

2 people online is this true. also it is very hard to make your own nascar blueprint.

yha hes right you have an option if you dont like them then turn um off

Black flags are an option, just like anything else. I will say that they are really picky when you have them turned on. If you bump any combination drivers more than once or twice throughout the entire race, you will receive one. Also, if you barely touch the grass on a road course, you will receive one for "taking a shortcut" However, like I said, you can choose to race without them.

As for online, your friend is definitely wrong. Even last years game allowed you to race with 4 people. This years, they have increased that to 14 people, and it is way smoother. It hardly ever glitches.

Your friends obviously haven't figured out that you can turn the black flag off in game settings.
