My fuji apple tree is drying and crispy leaves. What's the problem?

  1. You could have bad drainage if its on lower ground compared to what is around it which causes the roots to drown. The other possibility if its a newly planted tree is the lack of water.

    The best solution you can do to try and revive your tree would be to cut back on the dead branches, mulch a 3 foot radius of 3 inches deep to control moisture levels, and water the tree once every week if the ground is dry.
