My full name shows up when I send mail to a Yahoo! Group. How the heck do I turn it off?

if it's showing up on the group site, you'd also edit it off og your profile and My Account- back space it out of there (My Account page is the same page you end up at if you're doing this via the mail page)

My Accout can be located at the top of any group while signed in or from messenger

To change your name in your emails, go to your mail page click options>mail options>accounts>click add and edit>edit>type in the name you want to show in your email and save.

You may need to log out of yahoo then sign back in to work.
