  1. You should have a tool that is made to unfreeze your garbage disposal. If you don't have one, got to Lowes or  hardware store & purchase one. It's the only thing you can use. When you have one in your hand, with your hand, feel underneath the disposal, (under the sink)  until you find a hole. Insert the tool into the hole, then move it back & forth a few times. Next, feel around under the disposal for a small button, that is called the reset button. Push it in a couple of times, then, turn the cold water on so it will run into the disposal, & then turn your disposal on. It should be unfrozen. If not, repeat the steps I listed, moving that tool all the way to the right & then all the way to the left, etc.

  2. Pretty much what Short Stuff said I bet she's so hot. Instead of that tool, you can also use an adjustible wrench. Just tighten it over one of the disposal blades and turn it back and forth(with it turned off of course).

  3. call a plumber....I have shoved a lot of things in my GD, and cleared a number of severe  clogs with lye (pulverized zinnia's regurgitated in every open drain).  I have yet to see the "blades" completely stop.    this doesn't sound like an easy fix.  My advice: call rotorooter, or whatever  you have locally (supporting local economy is important).
