My gazebo roof leaks . Help Please?

I have a 10 by 12 gazibo from Zellers .The outher day during a rainfall the water leaked through the roof .My question is : Is it normal that the roof on outdoor gazebos is not water tight or do I have a broken product..

  1. It should not leak but it isn't a house either.  What kind of roof is it?   You might be able to seal it.
