My gba game pokemon emerald does not work in ds?

i brought it in turkey and it was in german it worked fine in the ds when i came home i tried to change the language with a cheat max thing for gba i fiddled with this cheat cartridge but i couldn't change language so i took it out put in ds normally and it says there is a ds option pak inserted on the gba section can anybody help me plz

If the gba isn't inserted properley or if u have a ds game in it. if ur migrating then u have to put the gba in the bottem slot and delete the files.

Because your emerald is rusty, clean the inside of the game
