  1. What type of gecko is it? If it is a leopard gecko, more than likely they are no good. Especially if they were there for more than a minute or two. If the eggs are still good they will harden within a short period of time and stay white and round. If they are bad, they will stay soft, change colors, or just simply shrivel up. Good luck.

  2. yeah they will still be good,if their fertile.

you gotta get em out of the water though.

  3. How many geckos do you have????  Laying eggs does not mean they are fertile.  If you do not have a male gecko in there also then your eggs are empty.    If the eggs were put in the water then they probably are not good.  I only say this because the average water bowl is about room temperature or just a little warmer.  This is not adequate temperatures to incubate.  In my opinion the chances are that the gecko laid her eggs in the water bowl, because there was no other proper place in the tanks set up.  I would consider doing some research on the Internet about your particular breed of gecko.  Might I suggest you start with Wikipedia.org

  4. No, they are dead.  Especially becuase Geckos do not mate in water usually.  If a GEcko larva is laid in the water they are dead.  So you dont have to worry about having baby geckos

  5. Depends on the type of gecko, but here in Thailand where geckos run rampant, an all white egg is the norm.  They are pretty strong animals, so chances are they are fine.  Give them a while and see what happens.

  6. There could be a slight chance of them being alive still. I would place them in the incubator and then removed in a day or 2 and candled to check if they're alive. Candling eggs is very simple, you can just use a small flashlight or light of some sort and check for any red or pinkish coloration in the egg to determine if the embryo is still alive. If your water is really cold then for sure the eggs are dead if you left it in there for a long time. I also do not know the type of gecko you have so i cant really help you with your problem, but im reffering to a leopard gecko so sorry if i cant help you.
