My gerbils had 5 babies but why did she just let them all die they were healthy looking?

It's possible that she wasn't able to produce milk.  Or, it's possible that the babies were born a bit premature and not developed enough to suckle.  Better luck next time.....

they dont do well (mothers) if they dont hav enough privacy, it scares them

Have you touched them? Cause if you did... the mother would not treat them like her own or worse she could've ate them.
