I wanted to know other ways she could become legal other than marriage.

If you love her just support her, don't worry, shes not the only one with that problem. And its sad to see some people answer you so sarcastically/negatively. Dont worry babe. Just stand by her, and if one day you want to marry her, then I guess it'll do two good things. Just keep your head up and dont listen to any of the sarcastic immature racist a$$holes you might come across..

  4. If she entered the USA more than once illegally, when she applied to be legalized, she will have a mandatory 10 year waiting period. Even if you get married.

    But no, unless she has a university degree in an in demand occupation, there is no way other than through marriage.

  10. Realistically, there is no way.  Even marriage is not automatic.  Marriage requires a lengthy process that includes leaving the United States.

  13. She can become legal by leaving the US and then legally applying for immigration to the US from her own country. The other option is marriage.
