My girlfriend and I have a car together.. It is titled in both names. Can I refinance it in my name only.?

Sorry you cannot refinance on your only. Both of you will hap refinance it together. Or one you will hap to sign their half over. And transfer the tile to one party.

Not unless you get her name off the title. To do that, she would have to fill out a form at the registry, write her half over to you, you would have to apply for a new title (without her name on it) and then apply to refinance. You can't refinance the car without her knowledge and consent, as she is 50% owner of it.
