my girlfriend gets jealous when I'm with my best friend because she says i spend a lot of time with her and my friend (which is a girl too) says that i spend a lot of time with my girl and its bean like that sense i started dating my gf and its driving me nuts

Break up with one of them or sit them down and have a heart to heart conversation with each of them and try to solve it.. See what they don't like about you spending time with the other person.
