I don't know the meaning, but try searching under "Mian Xiang". It's the Chinese art of face reading. Besides, I doesn't have to do with Feng Shui.

It could mean that genetically she is programmed to have hair in certain areas and not others.

Face feng shui is irrelevant, unless you can hang a mirror in her hallway and have a money plant at her back door.
