I just helped a friend a of mine get board. She is approx the same height and weight. Helped her decide on the Hyperlite Divine 128cm 07, with 07 noise bindindgs.

The rational was that she didnt want a very aggresive board starting out, but still wanted more advanced bindings because of the extra support.

As far as sizing goes she doesn't need anything over 130cm unless she has a prefernce for a larger board. If this is her first time boarding then I'd reccomend a board with a nice easy continous rocker, without hard rails. Bindings are just a personal preference kind of thing.

The height of the rider does not make a big differnce. I'm 5'6" and about 140. I have a 132 so about any thing smaller. I think that a 128 would do her good. If you need a sizing chart go to evogear.com. Try WakeWorld.com and look at their descriptions of wakeboards before you buy one. Try Ebay, Overtons, and your local boat dock for some good boards.
