My girlfriend is a UK citizen and is looking for a work visa.?

My girlfriend is currrently a UK citizen and wants to try to obtain a work visa to come and live with me here is the states so that we can get married. The fiance visa only good for 90 days and we simply want more time that to plan out our wedding and to get situated together. What options do we have and how do we go about them?

She can visit on Visa Waiver Program (VWP) for up to 90 days, then return home.  Let her come during a vacation from work.

If she comes on a work visa, she will still have to go home if you two later decide that you do want to get married.  She will have to stay in her own country while you apply for a fiance visa, which will take about a year.  Why get a job she will have to leave if you two decided at some point to get married?  And if you decide you're not ready to marry, if she just visits periodically, she'll still have her job at home.

well see can come visit u under the visa waiver program which grants her 90 days but see can enter and exit as much as she wishes(i think)

She can't come on a tourist visa and attempt to change her status.... it just won't work.

Since you are not married she is on her own visa wise and there is nothing you can contribute to help her along.

Yes the fiance visa once gotten means you get married in 90 days. It could take a year but not always. So you basically have a year to plan.

Point is you want to be together right? So if the visa is granted you just go get married. What matters most? One grand fairytale day of ceremony or years together? Possibly practical is best.
