My girlfriend is sick to her stomach it is 2:08 here and she threw up just a few minutes ago. She missed 2 birth control pills and retook them (because of memorial day she could not get any more). I was wondering could it be Morning sickness and she be pregnant?

First of all did she take 2 pills at once, or three pills?  If so the nausea and vomiting could be from taking the pills.  Also "morning" sickness doesn't usually start until 2 to 8 weeks after conception.  Early symptoms would be breast tenderness or fatigue.

It is more likely there is an infectious process going on if she missed the pills this week, or she is reacting to the hormones in the pills.  Until she starts the next pack though use condoms because ovulation may not be prevented so she could potentially become pregnant.

I would not bother with a pregnancy test unless if she does miss her period or if her period is unusually light.  You can take a pregnancy test once you get to that point because the hormone levels reach the right amount for the test to detect pregnancy.  Taking the test too early could show falsely that she is not pregnant.

Has she eaten anything that she normal doesnt eat? Or eaten some takeaway food? That could be makin her sick?

She might not be preg. She might just hav a stomach bug?

If she has missed a period or two then maybe go and get a pregnancy test, and see... But maybe take her to the doctor if it doesnt calm down...
