  1. There is no such thing as cheap anymore!

    Plane tickets, paper work, FEES!!!!

    Expect the unexpected.

  2. the best you can do is petition her as a fiance, no agency will be involve in that except you government agency.  If your firance is in Manila ask her to go to the embassy of spain.

  3. Filipinos are given special status in Spain (together with other Latin Americans) because they are recognized as a former colony of Spain and as "blood brothers". Hence, whenever Filipinos and other immigrants apply for citizenship or residence permit, Filipinos are given precedence by the Spanish authorities.

These has been in place since the rule of Franco.

  4. You ask a very vague question. You dont even specify a budget nor her particular circumstances such as nationality, age, employment and your plans for the future.  The factors I just mentioned are critical for anyone to determine the proper response to your question.

    But I'll try anyways.

Nowadays, the only way to get to Spain from the Philippines is by air.  It is hardly worth it to take a ship to Europe.  R/T airfare will cost you a little over 1000 USD if youre very lucky to over 2500 USD if youre not.  She may not qualify for one way.  Assuming she is a Filipino, she will also need a Schengen Visa from the Spanish consulate in Makati. It's good for only 90 days at most.

More creative ways for her to get there can be through an employment agency--but your specified that would be too costly and you would be right--at least with upfront costs.

If she is an academic whiz, she can always apply for a scholarship/fellowship or some form of academically-derived financial assistance.  That way she'll get a stipend in addition to a special visa that will allow her to stay potentially for many years.  This option obviously would only apply in rare circumstances.

  5. A friend of mine got married here in the Philippines and then after a year, they leave to stay in Spain.  Now, they are happilly married and visit the Philippines ever other year.

This is the best way to marry your fiancee.

    Take care and GOD BLESS!!!!!!
