Find a really nice spa. Get the hot stone massage and a manicur or pedicur. Cap that off with a meal at your place or her place. If she lives with a roomate ask the roomate to leave for a few hours. cook all the stuff at her place while she is at the spa. then enjoy a bottle of wine.

UM I WOULD TAKE HER OUT TO A NICE RETRAUNT,THEN A NICE WALK ON THE BEACH ,WATCH THE SUNSET GO DOWN,ALOT OF ROMANTIC STUFF
