  1. Just be there for her. Get her medication if she requests it or anything else like food or something.

  2. if she really is loosing buckets of blood then take her to the hospital. Make sure she drinks lots of fluids and get her pain relief meds. Ask her if there any thing she needs and be nice to her.

  3. Awwwww poor thing, ask her if she needs anything?? (thats what my fiancee always does) She may want some gravel, midol, or something for her stomach and cramps.

You may want to think about going to the doctors with the way you say "buckets of blood" there may be something wrong or she might just have a heavy period this month. She should think about getting on birth control it can lighten her period and help with the sickness!

    Good Luck Hun!

My fiancee normally gives me a back rub or massage because my back hurts, buys me tampons if i need them, cuddles me, gives lots of extra love and is just there for me.

    Hope this helps

  4. If she's bleeding real bad then go to the hospital, if its super urgent.

Otherwise, rent a romantic comedy ; I would suggest the following

-How to lose a guy in 10 days

    -when harry met sally

    -pride & prejudice

    -legally blond

-10 things i hate about you

    -dirty dancing

    -never been kissed

    -50 first dates

0r just ask her what movie she wants to see.

Go to a drug store and buy yummy food.

    Basically all her favorites.

Play a game, get to know each other better.

Ask each other questions. Make it fun =]

  5. just try to be nice to her she might be some wat emotional during this time... n if she asks u to do somethin for her just try to do it...

  6. If she is as sick as you describe here and it's not normal for her then I suggest you take her to the hospital!

BUT if it is normal for her to be like this during her cycles then I suggest you fuss a little but not overly.. then you'll just annoy her.

  7. get her the medicine midol from the store or pamprin

  8. Watch a movie, cook for her, massage her...

basically anything she wants because it rly sucks ***

  9. Be extra nice to her, cuddle, and massage her back if she asks you to (believe me, if she's cramping her lower back hurts a LOT).  Let her eat some sweets, too (or buy her a few small ones as a surprise)

  10. Just by being there will help. Make her a cup of tea with lots of sugar in it. Somehow that normally helps. Hot water bottles or heated wheat bags can also make a huge difference.

And unfortunately if she asks you to leave her alone....do it but not for too long.

Does she normally suffer this much? She may need to be checked out by a doctor as she may became anemic (iron deficient) is she does.
