My glasses are entirely plastic. Can I clean them with soap and water, Windex or something around the house?

You can just use water and a piece of a paper towel, and that would still do the trick.  Soap would work, but you can try to still use just water and paper towel.

you don't want to use a paper towel or tissues because this can scratch the surface of the lense - even though its plastic.  Use a soft towel and water.  Dont use soap or any type or detergent as this can also scratch the lense.
