My glasses get dirty very easily any tips to stop this or good ways to clean them?

Kaiser gave me a cleaning kit but it takes a while to clean them

Clean them using running water and a teeny drop of dish detergent (any kind except lemon) as often as you need to. Rub both sides of the lenses and the nose pieces. Then dry on a soft cloth, like the hem of your T shirt. Much faster than a cleaning kid, and IMO, more effective.

You can also train yourself to touch your eye area less often, but it takes some effort.

Yes, keep cleaning the with the cloth you are provided. Try to clean them daily and dont slack off because if you do then it will get even dirtier.

this is often because of the anti-reflective coating on the lenses.  i use hand soap and a clean towel (a damp paper towel in a pinch).  i do have to work a bit harder to get stuff off, but it's worth it to see.
