  1. It doesn't hurt at all. You just feel and look rather weird!!

  2. No, the same thing happened to me multiple times, so don't worry.

All they do is give you eye drops, and then you wipe away the excess that drips out with a tissue. Then you sit in the darkened room for five minutes or so, waiting for your eyes to dilate. You don't necessary have to close your eyes. Then they come and examine your eyes and all that nice stuff.

When you leave, I suggest asking them for a pair of paper sunglasses or whatever they are called. Or, bringing your own pair, because when you go out, you'll notice that everything is exceptionally bright, which kind of hurts. Also, if you try to read anything by putting it too close to your eyes, it kind of blurs up, and I don't think there's a solution for that either/to fix it (even if you wear glasses at the time).

I hope this post helps, and no, it doesn't hurt, so don't be afraid and blink your eyes a lot when they put your head back to put in the drops, or else you'll have to stay in that position a bit longer.

  3. no it doesn't hurt at all they just put some drops in your eyes and it numbs it.

  4. No not at all. You have to sit for some time with your eyes closed till they get dilated.
