My goal in a hlaf was 75 mins i ran in 85, my hamstings felt awful, and i did not feel that well. so i walked?

  1. Certain things can crop up when running. One time i needed a **** and it decreased my time by 5-7minutes. Sleeping is essential before a race. Running when you are ill affects performance as well
