My goggles in swimming?

hi guys.

u hav to help me out. how do you stop your goggles from steaming up. during my lessons like evry 5 mins my goggles get steamed up and i hav to be rinsing them ut so help me out please

you may not have an anti fog shield on your goggles, if you are in practices, make sure you have them, because it helps alot, a goggle brand like speedo or nike, have them, they work well, but you can always use glasses cleaner.

you cant really stop it. i have the same problem. if your doing a lot of stamina swimming, there's not much you can do but if its sprints you do a lot of then everytime you stop just swill them with water before putting them back on.

1st. DON"T rub your finger inside it can wear off any anti fog that your googles have.

If they get fogged up just rinse them off.

Spit works but don't rub it.

The best way is to buy anti goggle fog spray.

ok well they fog up because they are dirty with cholrine . every time you go swimming u have to clean them. this is a pain in the bum but its better than them steaming up

u have to clean them simply with normal glasses cleaner. the spay stuff you put on normal glasses. wash them under fresh water the dry them them spray the glases cleaner on then then dry them with the special glasses wipe you can get.

if they still steam up a bit (they may just a bit but not that much) just get your drink bottle and pour it over them (cold water with stop it from steaming up in the warm water)
