could be overfed, stress this could be newly bought,  or its not feeling well quarantine it add rocksalt and good aeration.

if he is lying on the bottom, this can be caused by constipation

which means you might have overfed him

fast him for at least 4 days and see if he gets better

if he does, go back to feeding him, but much less then you did before

in fact, you only feed them as much as they will eat in under 2 min, goldfish can overeat themselves, even if he does look hungry after the 2 min, don't give in, it's enough for him

your fish could be sick. is it still eating? if not its dead but if it is id say its sick.  u should clean the tank and change the water see if it helps.  if not go to google

Are they laying on their side? It has to do with their ballast, like in a submarine.. Give it a week it will correct its self.

I think is natural....It happen to my goldfish 8/9.....and they stop around a week. But smtimes it means that they are sick....You have to search more at www.google.com

It is probably sick, look for any thing that looks odd, or as if it hasnt been there before.

Usually white bits on the fish, rotted fins, e.t.c all signs off diseases.

Search on google fish diseases and you can find many websites to help you

They arent happy with their environment you need to increase the light getting to them
