My golf cart wont intake any gas?

It's pretty old.. but ... i no it can work. It jus that it wont intake any gas. There are a few other things wrong w/ it too. but those are just minor easy just replace things. but idk what or how to fix this??...

    2.  you have a golf cart.. lol

  3. Remove & clean the carbruetor.  If equipped replace the diaphragm within the carb.
