My golf clubs are all grass staind?

My clubs are grass staind no thanks to my 8 year old. But I going golfing with my friends in 2 hours. I need to use mostly house hold stuff. How do I get grass stains of my clubs?

How about soaking the heads in regular warm water, get an old Turkish towel and a sharp golf tee. After five minutes in the water, take a club out, wet one end of the towel, rub that roughly over the face of the club removing most of the dirt and stain, use the sharp golf tee to remove the gunk from the grooves, dunk in the water briefly and dry with the dry part of the towel. The club should be clean and ready to use. No need for cleansers, detergents, alcohol or any other solution. As a way to keep you clubs clean during play, carry a Turkish towel with you that you have soaked one end with water. Clean the club you used after every shot and you will always have clean clubs with clean grooves.

I always clean my clubs after each round because if I don't it'll and up rusting with any moisture. I use an old toothbrust with some warm water and a good ol' drop of dishwash detergent and your iron end up squeaky clean.

If you don't have time to clean your clubs as I do, carry a small towel in your bag and wet it before each round and wash of the grass stain after each shot. The iron will not only look clean, but will help with the spin control on your irons as well.

Apparently you never cleaned your golf clubs before.  As you know grass stains are tough to get out.  I suggest you just buy a new set of clubs, and in the future try to keep them out of the grass.

Alcohal. Use 91%. You can also use a wire brush, and toothbrush w/ toothpaste, or just soap and water with a towel
