  1. if you have the administrator account go to my computer,control panel and change her account in user accounts

  2. Rare Kut(cunny funt),there is no need to say:virus scanner is not active because in Safe mode you don't have networking unless you log in safe mode with networking!!!!!

    James P,are you stupid,can't you read,she is the administrator and ONLY!!!!!! user!!!!

    Cunny funt,nice name,your Icon/avatar sucks though.

  3. the administrator can log into thier own account.go to control panal..then to users accounts..there she can delete granddaughters password..then log onto granddaughters account where they can create a new pass word.and at the same time,create a password reminder..hopefully one thats easy for her to remember..

  4. Turn computer off. Turn it on again, and start tapping the F5 key. When a menu comes up, choose "safe mode".

    Then, at the log on screen there should be an account called "administrator". This should not need a password. Use that, and then you can delete the password to the other account. Once you've got into windows, it should be obvious how to do that

  5. when starting up windows keep pressing F8 and select the option to start the pc in safe mode.

    This will bypass the need for a password but you will need to change it when u get logged on.

    BE WARNED...SAFE MODE stops your antivirus working so do not go on the net.

  6. You have the"Forgot Password",click on that & follow the instructions.

  7. i watched a video on youtube.com  or  break.com   and it showed how to reset the password without logging on....try looking on there. hope this helps!

  8. try what cunny funt said. tis a good idea. :)

  9. sure, but only if you know spanish....

    nahh just kidding, but you SHOULD learn spanish so i can explain better :S

    here u go:

    Start windows on test mode (modo a prueba de errores)

    1. start>run->control userpasswords2

    2. start>run->lusrmgr.msc

    you can find out the rest ;)

    There are those 2 ways (use only one and use the other if none works), the 3 way is to download hirens boot cd 8 and inside theres a cool program that can remove ALL system passwords.

    Hope it helps.

  10. has she no password hint?

    or try the obvious stuff like

    qwerty

    or

    asda

    these are all next to each other on the keypad

  11. Try looking at the password reminder. That is if she set one. Otherwise I don't know. Sorry.
