    (your last name)+genealogy

    you can also try

    (your last name)+family

  3. If he lived in the US his entire life, he was clearly BORN here (unless he moved from Canada when he was 3 weeks old).. he is American nationality.

    If you meant his ancestry (where his ancestors came from).. you identify who they were, and where they came from.  And no.. ancestry is not about what the last name is/was.
