My grandma applied for my parents in Immigration through a Family Member but i want to get a tourist visa ???

I didn't apply for immigration vis my self,now i want to apply for non-immigrant visa

in the interview if the consular asks me about if i applied for immigrant visa should i say no

or

I say yes cause my grandma applied for my parents

i am 22 years now,when my grandma applied i was 15
