My mother is the oldest sibling. My uncle, which is being uncooperative had my Grandmother's overall estate in his and her name. There is probably more that $500,000 in question. She stated on her death bed there is a will but my uncle denies this. My grandmother was 90 years old and had been saving and investing ALL of her monies since she was approx. 30 years old. She lived with her children most of her life. My uncle used her as a dependent several years even though she did not live with him. We know she had CDs because she cashed one when she finalized her burial arrangements, my mother was with her. My uncle distributed approximately $10,000 to each of the siblings (six of them). Since that time, two of the youngest siblings have built very expensive homes, one in an exclusive area south of Houston and one in California. My mother could use the money and she has a right to her portion as do the other siblings. Any help

  1. You need an attorney. No real other way to do everything you want to do or discover.  Also, if he uncovers fraud (like IRS) he will know how to proceed. Good luck.  Nothing brings out the @*** in families like death benefits---I know!
