My green cheek conures harness

Question

earlier i asked about getting my conure a harness, what colour do you think i should get for her (she is a cinnamon green cheek conure) and anything i should be careful about while on the walk (she'd be on my shoulder) but other dogs, probably someon even mentioned hawks.. and any diseases she can pick up from the outside world that i should worry about and what she can get them from.

. and anything poisonous that is outside to them :) thanks
