My group's calendar is supposed to be public, so why can't others outside Yahoo see it?

I've set the Group settings Web tools to public for the calendar and for links. Links indeed is public and yet calendar continues to ask for a Yahoo log-in. I even asked current non-Yahoo members to check it out and they are reporting the same, Yahoo Groups asks for a log in to view our public calendar.

you need to have a yahoo account to be able to see any group features. if the person doesn't have a yahoo account or isn't signed in, they wont see it.

public means "the Yahoo Community" non members of your group, not the the whole net public
