My group keeps getting switched to an *adult* category. I can not get yahoo to permanently change this. Help

I have emailed yahoo 7 times now, yes 7 times. And each time they respond with a form email and switch our group back to the designated mixed-media category. Then sometimes not even 4 hours later we have been recategorized as an *adult* category. How can I get in touch with someone at yahoo that can fix this permanently, and not send me these stupid form letters saying the group has been recategorized and then 4 hours later it is back to an adult rating? Does anyone know of an email address or phone number where I could actually speak with someone in charge at yahoo?

If you still have the emails you got from Yahoo saying they recategorized your group, pull up the last one you received and click "Reply", then tell them that the category status keeps getting changed back to adult.  Keep replying to the responses you get so the staff member can see the history of your problem and have an idea of what's been going on.  Be persistent!

Wow, you got them to do something?  Treasure those e-mails.  You may need them to prove your story in the future when everyone doubts you.

yahoo has a glitch/ bot doing this that they just cant seem to figure out. this is happening to many many groups.

all you can do it keep sending the form until they fix it
