My gta4 for 360 keeps saying disc unreadable?

my gta4 for my 360 gets a disc unreadable message everytime it loads on the part where the guys in the picture are playing dice. Any suggestions on what it might be?? All my other games work perfectly fine, no problems. I hadnt taken my disc out until it said disc unreadable to see what the problem was. The first time it happened i was in the middle of a multiplayer game. Now, theres a grayish circle on the disc on the outside part. i already tried cleaning it, and my 360 lays on its side

When did you get it?

If it's within the places where you bought it's return policy get a new one. Most stores are 30 days with receipt

If you moved your 360 while it was still on it will make a perfect circle and will mess up the game
