what you need to do is take it to the nearest vet they will say whats wrong and it might have to take medison or it might of taken to much milk.

I'll say what I said to the other person:

Milky white urine is a sign of too much calcium in the diet. What are you feeding? If your guinea pig is an adult (over a year old) they should not be getting alfalfa hay or pellets as they are too high in calcium for adults. Adult guinea pigs should get freefed timothy hay and timothy based pellets.

Some good brands that put out good adult guinea pig diets: Oxbow puts out an adult diet called Cavy Cuisine. American Pet Diner is another good one that puts out a good adult diet.
