My guinea pig again...

Question

once again i need to ask if he is ok earlier he was rumbling (hes alone) and slowly laying down and stretching, he also then starting squeaking and rolling on his side and almost on his back i walked to his cage and he jumped up right away...Should i be concerned?

I think he's like had a disease. I advise you to take it to the vet. He's unhealthy.

There is a chance he was just wallowing in his bedding, but to be safe I suggest you consult a small animal veterinarian.
