My guinea pig is acting weird?

Question

I have 4 guinea pigs and 1 of them keeps grunting and making kind a purring noise while slowly moving around the other guinea pig then he goes back to eating and he does it again?? why?

My two do that, if he is doing around a male guinea pig after seeing or mating with a female, it means that he is either bossing the other one around or trying to warn him off because the female is his female. But if they are all males, it means he wants to mate. Sooty and Sweep, my two guinea pigs, will try and mate each other even though they are both male! :S

Don't worry my guinea pig used to do that too. There's nothing wrong with him.

they are only doing that because they r getting to now there sorroundings thet will stop doing it after a while

Mine does that, it does not mean they are ill but it means they are feeling dominant and want to show that they are feeling dominant.

It is not necessarily a problem unless he is doing constantly. And then it may be better to have him spayed, as that will remove some of his hormones and make him more calm.
