  1. there might b something wrong., u should take her to the vet for a check-up =]

  2. All guinea pigs shed quite a bit. As long as there are no bare patches or irritated skin, she's fine.

You can cut down on the amount of fur by brushing your pig every day with a soft bristled brush. When you have her in your lap, place a towel over your legs and then place your piggie on top of the towel. This will catch the shedding fur and keep your clothing clean.

  3. if you see patches of hair gone i would go to the vet ....that's not mulching!!!

molt hing is kinda like shredding....its not when some spots of hair is missing so its bare in some spots

  4. It's the heat. My frend has the same prob. No sweat.

  5. its possibly the weather and moalting dont worry but if it gets really bad i would consider a vet, it should be ok but just in case remember that the vets is an option. good luck hope its ok :D

  6. It isn't normal regardless of weather. Your guinea pig likely has mites http://www.guinealynx.info/hairloss.html
