My guinea pig might have a skin problem..PLEASE HEP!?

My guinea pig had one bald patch when I first got him but now he is getting way more in that area! Some are in circles and other are in mish mash. He is very itchy all the time! e-mail me if you want to see a picture of him! IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU CAN HELP!!
