My guitar amp dosnt work?

its on and the volumes on but no sounds come out

guitar:baltimore

Turn on the amp and see if you hear something coming from the speaker(hum sound ).If not then there are 2 possibilities:

1-the dc fuse is blown

2-the speaker is blown

To check the speaker use a 9V battery and connect it where the wires from the amp are connected to the speaker(you must hear some noises in the speaker if it is OK).

Unplug the amp first!!!!!

If the fuse is blown,replace it with one with the same amperage as the old one and if it blows again then go with the amp at a service center because the amp has a problem in the final stage and this issue  is hard to fix!!!
