Ok then

About 2-3 days ago, the little gap between my second molar and my jawline began to get tender. Now, whenever i press my finger onto this area, it is tender and sore. I am thinking that it may be my wisdom tooth growing.

My question is, is it normal for the gum to hurt a little when a tooth is growing underneath it? Also, the second molar is not in pain but i am thinking about checking in with my dentist. My general 6 month check-up appointment is not for another two months at least, so I'm thinking about bringing it forward so she can check this out.

I am very worried because i generally do not like the dentists altogether, and i HATE surgery or anything like that, but if it is going to give me problems, it will be popping its way out of my mouth..
