My gums are swollen and i have soreS on the outside of my mouth help!

Question

i have swollen gums on the roof of my mouth and above my teeth. i also have sores on the crease of my mouth on the outside on both sides..

i've had one sore for a month and the second one just popped up fully yesterday as well as the swelling of the gums..

I've had tonsilitis before and it wasnt that long ago. less than a year give or take a few months.. im really scared that i have that again because that was an experience i would really not lyk to experience again

SO PLEASE HELP ME!
