  1. If by "the dot" you mean the gravid spot, then you probably have 2 males and 1 female instead of the other way around.  All females have a gravid spot, regardless of whether they are pregnant or not.  Sometimes very pale fish, such as blonde or albino guppies will have a pale pink gravid spot, or half black or black guppies may be so dark that it's hard to see their gravid spot, so this may be the case with yours.  Do check for the primary sexual characteristics, such as the gonopodium (the pointy anal fin) on the male and the more fan-shaped anal fin on the female to make sure that you have sexed your guppies correctly.

  2. The gravid spot or "dot" is not the best way of determining guppy gender.  That's probably why you're confused.  You should determine gender by whether or not they have a triangular anal fin.  That is much more effective.

And you probably don't have a "dot" because one of your "females" is a male.  You could be wrong on any and all of the genders.  Look for the triangular anal fin on a female and the long pointed gonopoidum (male sexual organ) on a male.  You'll know a male guppy because he'll swing his gonopoidum around every now and then and point it forward and back.  Not an attractive personality trait, but they do it, lol.

  3. What it means is that its fat not pregnant
