Okay so I'm starting to get a little frustrated with my hair.. It feels really gross! I've tried about a thousand different shampoos, and they all leave my hair feeling the same way. It's almost like I didn't rinse it all out, but I know I did. After I blow dry my hair, it feels really nasty. Is there anything I can do?? Will using baking soda in it work to make it stop feeling nasty? I'm ready to just shave it all off :p

  1. your hair might be naturally a little greasy. try herbal escenses shampoo and conditioner. make sure you put a lot of shampoo in but not too much and wash that out completely then put in the conditioner. after that just blowdry your hair without putting any gel or hairspray or anything in and your hair should be feeling fine again. good luck :]

  2. i dont really know what you mean by nasty but if you mean like dry and stringy and it feels like straw....

you need ABSOLUTELY NEED to buy WEN by Chaz Dean

Its FREAKING amazing...i just got my shipment today and I jumped right in the shower to use it....my hair is like Giselle Bundchen hair now its GORGEOUS

heres the link...its pricy but TOTALLY worth it

do not buy it through guthy renker cuz then they auto ship it to you and its a pain in the butt

  3. I know exactly what you mean. It means your hair is damaged. Next time you take a shower, don't use shampoo. Just use conditioner. Your hair is losing all of its natural oils because of all the washing. Then, after you condition and get out of the shower, blow dry your hair with COLD air. That will make things much better. Then try and flat iron it to make it smooth.

    Good luck!

  4. Maybe its not the fact you didn't rinse it out well, but the fact that you're not washing it well. You got to really scrub it around the area that is greasy.. Wash your hair with hot water, use products that are oil controlling..The answer to how to stop, prevent, avoid, get rid of and even perhaps cure greasy hair is to wash it as often as necessary to keep it clean and in good condition. Too-frequent washing can encourage the production of grease. The best shampoos for greasy hair are specially formulated to remove natural grease without damaging the hair shaft.

  5. I haven’t heard of baking soda lol but I’ve heard by a few people baby powder does the job.

  6. adding some baking soda to your shampoo will take all the residue out and make your hair supper clean and shiny, also buy a clarifying shampoo, (neutrogena makes a good one) will clean up all the build up from  the other shampoos. another thing you can do is rinse your hair with water and vinegar, it smells bad but it works! hope this helped :)
