  1. since i don't know what, if anything you have done to your hair, i will just give you a whole list of things. you can see for yourself what works best.  i happen to think that chemicals are what is your problems, like dying it, or using gels with an alcohol base.  that just dries the hair out.  also, a healthy diet would help.

one of the things you might need to do is to condition your hair and scalp with a product called kolestrol.  you can get it at any beauty supply store.  follow the directions on the jar.  if you cannot afford that, perhaps you will be able to get 1/2 of virgin olive oil, heat til warm to the touch and pour this over your scalp and hair.  rub it in.  it will not hurt.  wrap hair in a plastic cap, like a shower cap and sit out in the sun for about an half hour.  do once a week, til your hair feels normal again.  when it does, then do the treatment once a month.  make sure not to shampoo your hair too often.  you rob it of it's natural oils when you do so.  also, use a mild shampoo.  baby shampoo for now.  always do a rinse of 7oz warm water and 1 oz of apple cider vinegar, after shampooing.  it will detangle your hair and it will keep your scalp ph balanced.  it would not hurt once in a while to buy a pint of sour cream and apply it to your hair.  you can squeeze a lemon into the cream before applying.  this also makes for a wonderful skin moisturizer.  also, stay out of chlorinated pools for awhile.

i know that something here will help you.  please let me know which one or which combination works for you.

  2. Condition, condition, condition!  And stop using heat (blowdryer, curling iron, straightening iron).

  3. u can use conditioners..hair softeners..even u can try either straightenin or ironin or both on ur hair..! would feel gr8!!

  4. Washing it always helps.

  5. try a leave in conditioner

  6. Nice one hay...lolz

u can go to a salon adn they can fix it....or try using a differnt shampoo and conditioner...try not blow drying ur hair nor straighten it for a while if u do

  7. i use therappe NEXXUS shampoo it smeels so good and won't dry your hair out...next i use loreal conditioner in a yellow tub..i get it at sallys beauty supply store--not sure where you live though...but if you don't have anywhere to go - leave it in your hair!!  the best stuff ever for extremely damaged hair  good luck BUT def. get the shampoo tooo bc so many people don't realize it's the shampoo that will worsen dry hair if it is not a mild one like therappe!!good luck

  8. Maybe your hair is dry.  Try a deep moisturizing conditioner and a hot oil treatment.

  9. You can use a conditioning shampoo then some regular conditioner.  You can pour beer on it in the shower too.  IF it still feels dry try baby oil for about thirty minutes then  wash it out.

  10. You can try taking hair vitamins which can be purchased at a health food store and sometimes at the drug store. This will help strengthen your hair from the inside out.

As far as all hair treatments and conditioners go...this can only help the hair "feel" better, but it will not make it grow in softer and healthier and that's why I think the hair vitamins are essential.

Here is a list of the essential vitamins for healthy hair growth.

If you must colour your hair then do not use hair colour from the drug store because it is full of ammonia and that means you get dry, damaged hair. Just go to Sally Beauty supply and at least purchase decent hair colour products, which are by the way nearly the same price as the drug store hair colours, only they are way more gentle. Only purchase from the color Brilliance ION line of hair colours because some of other lines at Sally Beauty are not that much better than the drug store colours.

You need to use good quality hair products and that means a good, gentle shampoo and rich conditioner with quailty ingredients ...avoid those drug store conditioners which are made of cheap oils and wax.

A good shampoo is Redken All Soft shampoo

    Some good hair conditioners--

If you colour or bleach your hair then you need to add a protein treatment such as REDKEN EXTREME CAT protein reconstructing treatment for distressed hair.

    http://www.redken.com/products/haircare/...

This will stop the hair from breaking and add the strength back. This is a treatment so you don't want to use it more than once a week because too much protein can actually make the hair too strong and it will snap.

For making the hair soft you want to use REDKEN All

    Soft Heavy Cream

    http://www.redken.com/products/haircare/...

Also the Redken Smooth Down Butter Treatment which is great too!

If in doubt you can use anything (shampoo and conditioner) from the REDKEN ALL SOFT line.

Do the above three things and you'll have strong, soft and healthy hair in no time. Be patient as hair only grows about  1/2 an inch a month so it will take a few months to really see and feel the difference in the quality of your hair.

  11. try its a product by aussie hair care its called 3 minute miracle its is amazing u can find it any superstore or drug store another is leave in conditioner lots of companys carry it

  12. Try using Pantene pro V conditioner in the shower. it helps make ur hair smooth and soft. after that put leave in conditioner in your hair and brush then blow dry. your hair will feel 10 x better :)

    Hope i helped

  13. Buy a leave-in conditioner. After washing and conditioning your hair in the shower, apply the leave-in conditioning cream to your hair and work it through with your fingers (make sure to cover all your hair - even the tips!) And just let your hair air-dry. Blow-drying can damage your hair. Hope this helps! If not, you can go to a salon for a professional deep conditioning treatment for $20-$30. Good luck!

  14. you could try like Aussie's 3 minute hair miracle

is your hair DRY or DAMAGED?? cause you'd need different products depending on whats wrong.

also go see a professional stylist (if you can afford) like Mario Trocci
