My hair has been dyed about 3 times but it looks horrible.?

Question

i first dyed in copper brown,tooo red. then i tryed purple,huge mistake. right now my hair is dark bown on bottom and carmel colored on top.I i want it to be my normal color again. i heard this product works well on getting your hair back to normal.if you know something better please tell me.

i used color oops when i dyed my hair black (i'm blonde) but i'd dyed it quite a few times before (total understatement) so the black color was stripped but it left my hair bright orange (i kinda liked it just a bit) so i just dyed it once more to settle down the tone. because you've dyed your hair a few times it might do something similar to you, but you'll probably have better results.
