Are you having it trimmed regularly? Because having it trimmed makes it grow faster. If you never get it cut it will stop at a certain length.

when your hair stops growing its usually because of split ends so just get the split ends cut off and let your hair grow out again only take better care of it like using conditioner if you didn't before and didnt put heat on it like flat iron, blow dryers , and things like that
