okay so questions and some information...

so first of all, my hair is pretty dry. i blow dry it and wash it about every other day. i also started to use mousse because my hair won't stay straight unless i use it, and i dont have a straightener.

1. How do i deep condition? i think i have a few split ends and am going to cut them off sometime soon. So, can i deep condition by using my regular conditioner and leaving it in for about 20 minutes? if not, then how do i deep condition my hair?

2. Does mousse damage my hair? i've heard only mousse with alcohol will damage your hair... is this true?

3. Other than mousse, how can i keep my hair straight? i wash my hair and after a few hours my hair will flip up and curl at the ends... it looks bad so any way to advoid this? thanks

THANKS for your time!! and can you please say if you know the answers for a fact or if you are just guessing.. thanks

  1. 1.if you can deeo condition your hair w/ the conditionor you already have...it would tell you on the back. but you can go to any store like target or walmart and go in the hair section and get on for less then 5 bucks.garnier fructis makes a good one=)

most off them you can use with heat to further the conditioning.

2.most hair products are bad for your hair. ones with alchol are worse...but all products are usually bad. but as long as you take care of your hair..and get trims..your hair will b e fine.there are even products to protect your hair from heat of flat irons and curling irons and blowdryers

3.mouse it NOT THE ANSWER TO STRAIGHT HAIR haha.

mousse is designed for volume and curls.and waves. so definitley dont use mousse.thats probably whats making your hair flip up.I would buy a shampoo that is designed for smooth hair...like one made by matrix =)

in the orange bottle. and a flat iron is the answer to staright hair! =)

and i work at a salon as the receptionist..im around hair and stylist and products for 8 hours haha

  2. try "Frizz Ease" serums

    it's a thick oil

one drop can hydrate all of your hair

i use it all the time

    blowdrying ur hair

takes a lot of moisture out

    mousse shouldsn't damage your hair

because it doesn't penetrate into the hair

it's only basically a "glue" that keeps ur hair together

    Frizz ease! =]

  3. The best thing to do for your hair is to wash it every other day, then let it air dry for about 10-15 minutes, then blow dry it until it is fully dried. Then put some detangler into your hair so your hair is nice and smooth and not tangled. Then spray some hair spray (perfer suave) onto the bristles of the brush and brush your hair. Your hair should look shiny, natural and healthy!
